what i draw and what i don't

I DO:
• OC, FC, DnD, vtubers, fanart, real people (only my art style, no realism)
• Humans, humanoids of all kinds, kemonomimi and human-based species with tails, horns, wings, mermaid tails, multiple limbs, whatever
• Anthro/furry, animals (feral), any fantasy creatures and monsters with references
• Any gender/age/ethnicity/bodytype
• Romantic (any gender), mild nudity
• Some blood and violence is OK as long as it doesn’t offend anyone
• Groups of characters
• Backgrounds of any complexityI DO, BUT...
• Pony, pokemon/digimon, cartoon characters - I'll gladly do but style may be floating all around between canon and my own art style since i lack experience
• There are things out of comfort zone like mecha, extra muscles, complex weapons and other. I never refuse drawing anything i don't have in portfolio as long as you have references, but I’m not experienced in these!
• NSFW (but I take additional fee for 18+ commissions)I DON’T:
• Realism
• Copying other artists' styles
• Offensive themes like religion, politics, racist, pedo, hate speech and so on
• NSFW with real people (unless it's you and your partner and both are consent)

things increasing the price

• Additional characters (+100% each)
• Complex character designs (wings, armor, clothing with lots of details or detailed patterns, very long hair, weapons, plushies, etc.)
• Vehicles
• Small creatures that are too simple to count them for separate character
• Poor visual reference of character: I may charge extra if I have to come up with part of design by myself. If you only have written description of outfit or visual examples from existing designs not belonging to you that cannot be used as reference without changes, I'll charge extra fee depending on amount of design work, or refuse. Though I’m thankful that you entrust it to me, it's a separate work (custom design).
• Edits are paid (but I fix my errors for free if it's something that was on character reference or mentioned in task).
• Private commissions
• NSFW (+25-100%)
• Commercial fee (+100-300% depending on final product usage)BACKGROUND

• Simple or low detail background/entourage: +30% to basic characters price
• Detailed background/entourage, crop around characters: +60% to basic price

COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE
✦ No use for AI and NFT!!
✦ Commissioned art is for personal use only. You can not sell the prints or use commissioned art for commercial projects (but you can do merch for yourself)
Also you can upload it anywhere as long as you don't claim it as yours. I will be thankful if you give the link on me!
✦ I can use the commissioned picture for my portfolio with denotation of you (and your character, if it is original) but cannot make any extra profit from it like merch etc.
✦ If you need to keep the commissioned art private for some time until exact date (not more than 3 months) just ask me, it doesn't cost anything! If you need to keep in private forever, it's extra fee.
✦ Commercial fee depends on the way of using and is usually +100-300%
✦ By commissioning me you automatically agree with this TOSADOPTABLES TERMS OF SERVICE
✦ Payment
- Payment should be sent in 48 hours after I confirm you as auction winner; otherwise you bid counts as retracted. I can wait a bit longer but not much, and it’s up to me
- No holds unless we know each other well. No refunds after payment.
- I have a right to refuse selling a character if I find you suspicious for some reasons (too fresh account, empty profile, bad reputation, etc.); btw if you have someone who can vouch for you it’s ok
- After the payment is done, I send you full resolution version with transparent background
✦ Basic rules
- You own the character, and I own the rights to original artwork and design itself, so I can use it as a part of my portfolio
- My designs are for personal use only, so you cannot use them for commercial purposes, unless commercial use is allowed in auction description (f.e. for AB)
- You can post original design image anywhere you want as long as it is for personal use (just please credit me)
✦ Trading, gifting and reselling
- Please notify me about changing owner, I like to keep owners database for my precious babes <3
- Trade/gift is allowed with the same rules as selling, just link this basic TOS to the new owner. If you received my adoptable via trade, you may sell it for the price that first owner paid to me
- Reselling is allowed, but don’t make profit from it selling for higher price than what you paid. You may add the price of art you have commissioned for the character, but gifted art or your own art shouldn’t be added to price.
- You are only allowed to resell the original design with unchanged file! - Also, you cannot sell original design and leave changed version for yourself, or multiply my designs creating twins, etc. (1 adoptable=1 character)
✦ Design changes
- You can change the design as long as the basic concept/color scheme is recognizable.
- You may change things like eye color, complexion, hairstyle, accessories, or even do major changes (serious hue shifting, changes in original outfit design), anything if it's about having character for yourself and not selling
- Feel free to dress character in anything else but original outfit! I always hated this ‘one outfit for one person’ stuff ХD
- You can use my off-species designs to create the character of certain species if you have a right to create that species (open species, your own CS or MYO slot for other CS)
- My CS don't have straight rules for owners but you still can make my CS design into off-species if you like
- You may not change features of my CS designs to higher rarity features
- You can make changes on original design sheet with your own hand, but make sure that you save the original file in case of changing owner in the future
- You can commission me to make your desired changes on basic ref sheet, but if you want to commission design changes to some other artist, it must be done as a separate drawing, not editing my ref sheet, and you won't be able to sell this edited version later or add it to price of original adoptable
✦ You get blacklisted if you:
- Hide or edit your bidding comment
- Retract your winning bid – please be serious and don’t offer what you cannot pay. Btw I can understand if this happens once for serious reason, but after second time you will be banned.
- Break any part of this TOS

PAYMENT RULES
✦ I start working after full payment (or first payment part of payment plan, if we agreed on it)
✦ Payment plan available for ≥$100 orders (you can pay 50/50, or choose other payment plan, everything is discussable, but first part is paid before I start working and I give you finished work after last payment)
✦ No refunds once the payment is done, be it full payment or part of payment plan. I only refund paid commission if I cannot finish your work because of my own fault.
✦ PayPal doesn't work in my country, so I use alternative payment methods, but all of them are safe and checked by me and fellow artists:
